Seven years ago, I made the decision to change my life in Germany and move to Provence. Alone and without a clear plan for the future, motivated by the desire for change and a touch of adventure, I left Berlin. There, I was caught in a constant cycle of precarious jobs and failed love stories, feeling increasingly unhappy.

In Provence, I not only found a new place to live but also my current husband. That wasn't initially planned, as I had actually sworn off men and wanted to build something on my own. However, we decided to share our lives together, and thus began a journey that changed not only my life but also our family.
Our family consists not only of the two of us but also my three stepchildren, referred to in French as "beaux-enfants" - beautiful children - and our shared daughter, who is dearly loved by her older siblings. The bond between them is truly something special, and Provence has become not only our home but also a place of togetherness.
Thus, the dream of having our own house in the countryside also became a reality – a retreat for the entire family. Carefully designed in the Provencal style, using local materials, the warmth of wooden beams and the charm of stone walls not only give the house a rustic touch but also connect it with the nature around us.
The past seven years have been marked by the challenges of family life and the pursuit of a good existence. The uncertainties of the past have given way to a sense of stability, and the South has proven to be the place where I have not only found a family but also a fulfilling life.
